All of our items are made from natural, ethically sourced Karungali (Ebony) wood. Due to the biological nature of organic wood grains, each bead, bracelet, ring, and idol is unique. Slight differences in wood patterns, shade, density, or microscopic grain textures are natural characteristics and do not constitute defect or error.
Spiritual Disclaimer: Our products are sold as spiritual tools and metaphysical aids. While Karungali wood and Rudraksha are deeply rooted in sacred Vedic tradition for electromagnetic balancing and shielding, metaphysical properties and exact spiritual outcomes cannot be guaranteed. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store to ensure seamless processing and secure parcel dispatch.

Once an item has undergone the physical Prana Pratishtha consecration ritual specifically personalized to a customer’s name, nakshatra, or intent, cancellations and refund options are subject to strict limitations. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for exact details.
Returns for non-consecrated accessories or standard items must be returned in their original packaging, completely unworn, with the seal intact. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
The graphics, custom designs, photographs, product names, logos, Vedic copy, text, and unique code structures featured across Rudra Nethra are our protected intellectual property. Accessing our site does not grant any right or license to replicate, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our Service or visual design systems without written consent from us.
In no case shall Rudra Nethra, our directors, spiritual operations, employees, affiliates, or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind, arising from your use of any of our products, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or products.
